Completely reconditioned Hydraulic Pumps generally used to move liquids into a hydraulic system.
Hydraulic Pumps :
There are 2 types of hydraulic pumps hydrostatic & hydrodynamic used in drive system.
Hydrostatic pumps:
- Hydraulic energy is converted from liquid. It is also capable of pushing large amounts of oil through hydraulic cylinder.
- The prime mover for the hydraulic pump is generally the main engine or generator.
- Positive displacement pumps are Hydrostatic pumps.
Hydrodynamic pumps:
- Fixed displacement pumps, in which the displacement (flow through the pump per rotation of the pump) cannot be adjusted.
- Variable displacement pumps, allows the displacement to be adjusted.& have a more complicated construction.
Recondition Process:
- All parts are completely dismantled & shot blasted
- Reconditioned according to the manufacturer ‘s specifications
- Fully Painted
- Replaced by new spares wherever required.
- Tested for 12 hrs. to 24 hrs.
