Alfa Laval SU 846 Oil Purifier
SU 846 Alfa Laval oil purifier is a high-performance purifier primarily used in the Marine and Industrial sectors. It separates water and other solid contaminants from oil.
The Alfa Laval SU 846 Centrifugal Oil Separator uses centrifugal force to purify marine oil. The force pushes heavy sludge particles to the outer side of the container.
The lighter and pure oil remains at the centre. Both the sludge and oil are taken out through separate outlets.
SU is the latest generation of centrifuges with the ALCAP concept. Unique design bowl without a lock ring. Belt drive achieves high G-force. EPC-50 makes it completely automated. The monitoring of the water transducer in the outlet oil allows for the self-initiation of desludging.
