FOPX 609 Alfa Laval Oil Separator

The process of purification inside the FOPX 609 Alfa Laval fuel oil separator is done by the centrifugal force. High-speed rotating bowl creates a centrifugal force which is a thousand times greater than the gravitational force. Thus this separator also referred to as Alfa Laval Centrifuge.

Due to the greater centrifugal force, separation of different liquids and hard particles happens very quickly. FOPX 609 is popularly used in the separation of marine diesel, biodiesel, distillate, lubricating and hydraulic oils
