P605 is a high-speed Alfa Laval Centrifugal Separator designed for efficient separation of water and solid impurities from oils, including fuel, lubricating, and hydraulic oils.
The Purifier principle uses a gravity disc to manually adjust the oil-water interface, making it part of Alfa Laval’s P-Flex Separator series and enabling precise control.
The P605’s modular design allows for installing a complete purification system, including feed pumps, heaters, and control panels, or as a standalone separator that can be integrated into existing setups.
P 605 Separator is equipped with an EPC 60 control system, which enables it to operate automatically, monitor in real-time, and utilise optimised sludge discharge cycles to ensure minimal oil loss and continuous performance.
