Alfa Laval Oil Water Separators

We have completely reconditioned Alfa Laval Oil Separator which makes use of centrifugal force to separate fine solids which cannot be filtered out from the oil.

What are they used for?

It is used on board of ship to condition fuel oil and lubricating oil or to separate two liquids from impurities like oil and water, or a liquid-solid as in contaminated oil. To reduce engine wear/emissions and possible breakdown.

Suitable for purification of various mineral oils, engine oils, lubricating oils and used on board of ships and for industrial applications like in Marine, Milk Dairy, Beverage, Oil industries and power stations.

These purifiers are also suitable for recycling/refining process in Biodiesel companies.

Recondition Process:

  • Completely dismantled, all parts are shot blasted, Checked & reconditioned according to manufacturers’ specifications.
  • We offer Used & Recondition purifiers.
  • Bowl is checked for balancing and milled if required
  • All parts are assembled with new spares, wherever required & fully painted.
  • Run on the Test bench for 12 hrs to 24 hrs.
