Alfa Laval MAPX 204 is a desludger disc centrifuge that uses three-phase separation (liquid-liquid-solid) to purify diesel, fuel oils, lubricating oils, and other similar products. MAPX 204 Alfa Laval Centrifuge uses centrifugal force to separate impurities from different types of oil. To purify oil, it removes dust particles from the oil to make it suitable for engines.
Purifying oils also helps to reduce engine wear. To prevent engine breakdown its also important that the fuel oil which is supplied to the engine is moisture-free, and MAPX purifier does this efficiently. Through its liq-liq-solid separation technology, the separator not only separates the solid phase but also the liquid phase and makes the oil moisture-free.
